Telephone - 02392 377921. Portsmouth Out of Hours service ensures that there are always doctors and nurses on duty whenever the practice is closed – overnight, weekends and bank holidays. They can provide telephone advice, an appointment at their surgery (in Drayton) or a home visit

Home Visits
If you think a home visit may be needed please contact the surgery before 10.30am. A Doctor or Nurse will contact you by phone initially and decide the best course of action.

We aim to provide a mixture of prebookable, on the day appointments, telephone advice and home care. Appointments, to see or speak on the phone to one of our Doctors or Nurses are made via our reception.

Write your name, date of birth and the medication you require on a piece of paper and drop it in to us or fax it to us on 02392 291076.
Phone a local chemist and ask them to request your medication for you.

Your prescription will be ready to collect 48 hours later. Please speak to reception if you need it more urgently.
