Out of Hours Service 
Telephone - 02392 377921. Portsmouth Out of Hours service ensures that there are always doctors and nurses on duty whenever the practice is closed – overnight, weekends and bank holidays. They can provide telephone advice, an appointment at their surgery (in Drayton) or a home visit

Home Visits
If you think a home visit may be needed please contact the surgery before 10.30am.  A Doctor or Nurse will contact you by phone initially and decide the best course of action.

Appointments
We aim to provide a mixture of prebookable, on the day appointments, telephone advice and home care. Appointments, to see or speak on the phone to one of our Doctors or Nurses are made via our reception.  

Home Visits

Home visits may be necessary for the disabled, terminally ill or housebound, but rarely for children and young adults who are best seen and examined in surgery. We can see and help many more patients if they come to surgery rather than wait for home visits.
