Telephone - 02392 377921. Portsmouth Out of Hours service ensures that there are always doctors and nurses on duty whenever the practice is closed – overnight, weekends and bank holidays. They can provide telephone advice, an appointment at their surgery (in Drayton) or a home visit

Home Visits
If you think a home visit may be needed please contact the surgery before 10.30am. A Doctor or Nurse will contact you by phone initially and decide the best course of action.

We aim to provide a mixture of prebookable, on the day appointments, telephone advice and home care. Appointments, to see or speak on the phone to one of our Doctors or Nurses are made via our reception.

We work from two surgeries: the main surgery and offices off Osborne Road, (near the Queens hotel and the Southsea shopping precinct), and from Eastney Health Centre (on Highland Road Eastney next door to the police station).

Emis Access is now available. You can order your repeat prescription or change your address online. If you would like to register for this service, come along to the surgery with two forms of identification (driving licence/passport and utility bill/tenancy agreement) and ask the receptionist to provide you with an Emis Access registration form. Please note, Emis Access is currently being rolled out at our main surgery off Osborne Road and not at our branch practice based at the Eastney Health Centre. You must be 16 years or over to register.
